This summer is devastatingly slow for this area; the economy has greatly impacted the local businesses which is why I found it very odd receiving a cold shoulder from the bartender. You cannot use the restroom here without ordering (normal, certainly!!) but be prepared to be bluntly and unprofessional hassled into ordering prior - even if the rest of your party is already seated outside and actively ordering. Further, you cannot bring an eis from right next door even if you order something here. It just feels "off" for a business who you'd think should be glad for patronage during these tough times.
