!!! DO NOT VISIT. EXTREMELY RACIST AND RUDE. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

We were forced to wait for an hour despite placing our orders, and they served literally all the other white customers before us. We thought the kitchen was overwhelmed and patiently waited, but when we asked when we would be served, the male server immediately cancelled our orders and forced us to make payment. He said they forgot our orders and told us to leave. No apologies at all. No amends were made and he just shoved the bill in our face and said they would not cook for us.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Do yourself a favour and avoid this excuse of a restaurant unless you want to be treated inhumanely, there are so many other options in Triberg. All the other low rated reviews about unreasonable and unacceptable service are...

This was our first choice for lunch. After sitting down and looking through the menu, we noticed a sign stating that card payments were not accepted. We informed the waiter that we didn’t have any cash on us.

His response was completely indifferent. His body language clearly communicated, “Too bad for you — leave.” It felt unwelcoming, so we left immediately.

Later that day, we visited another Gasthaus that also didn’t accept cards. However, the owner there was understanding and offered alternative solutions.

In the end, I’m glad we explored other local spots. They were less touristy, had more welcoming service, and served...

We just went into this restaurant and were hot and thirsty. My mom put her bottled iced tea on the table (not even sat down yet), then the waitress came and said we couldn’t bring it here (She didn’t drink nor open it!) Then my dad came in with his own bottled water in his backpack. The waitress saw it and came immediately again saying the same thing... Cannot even have a water bottle in our own backpack??
