We wanted a coffee with soy milk so we went to the closest cafe we could find. At first it looked very nice, there were a lot of people. We needed to wait for the waiter to come which eventually gave us stares from the customers. The waiter saw us but didn’t hurry to come. When we finally got seated the first question we asked was “do you have soy milk?” and the answer as usual (on this city) was no. We started to get near the exit and one of the workers told us not in a nicely voice that it’s not the exit, my father told him ok and still was trying to get out (cause what’s the point of getting out in another way- through the museum?) and then he started to shout at us telling this is not the exit (like what’s his problem? we haven’t even bought anything) he was really rude. So my point is even though the drinks must be great and so are the desserts the behavior was so bad. So I suggest, go to a place that puts ALL costumers in first place and not in third (the drinks and desserts are second) I wish they were treating us better 😉 Wishing for...

While I understand the need to prevent walkouts, there is a respectful way to address any concern. Assuming intent without evidence and speaking to guests in a disrespectful or accusatory manner is never appropriate—regardless of the situation. We had every intention to pay, and our behavior did not warrant such treatment.
It's unfortunate that instead of an apology or acknowledgment of how the situation was handled, the response is defensive and attempts to justify poor customer service. I stand by my experience: we were made to feel uncomfortable, and that should not happen to any guest.
Main review: I had a very disappointing experience here. The service was poor, and the waitress was extremely rude. When we briefly left the table to use the restroom before paying, she spoke to us in a very disrespectful manner, assuming we were leaving without paying. It was completely unnecessary and made us feel very uncomfortable. Definitely not the kind of treatment anyone...

I feared that I wouldn't be able to eat anything because I am vegan, but I was very pleasantly surprised to read on the menu there was a vegan cake option. While my travel companions had a big portion of Schwarzwalder Kirchtorte and a generous slice of marzipan cake, I had a chocolate & pear cake. While I was happy to have an option, the slice I had was about half the size of the other cakes. Seeing that made me slightly disappointed, but it was filling because it was denser than the other cakes and left me very satisfied anyway. The vegan cake is a changing selection, so you might not get the same one as I had!
The prices were reasonable, especially for such a touristic spot. So for a nice piece of cake on a comfortable spot, I can highly recommend you...
