McDonald's — Restaurant in VVG der Stadt Breisach am Rhein

Food took 8 minutes which is unacceptable in this age of instant gratification. You don’t get service like that on Instagram. Well, not unless you’re on McDonalds free Wi-Fi.

The staff were polite which was disappointing. I expected more grittiness.

The restaurant and toilets were all clean. You don’t get such cleanliness back in English McDonalds. I had to drop a burger wrapper on the floor to make it feel more authentic.

The worst part about it was the big scary looking snake slide was closed off. I really wanted to push my 2 year old down it, but couldn’t.

The burger was delicious. Full of addictive McDonalds secret ingredients. Perfecto 👌

Way different than the golden arches in the USA. Menus are digital and did have the English language option. The USA is slacking in the arches for sure! Better food better options just all around better than the USA Mc-E-Ds. They still serving the original apple pies, that's right the great ones before they started the baking stuff. AND they still rocking a slide on the playground! It's the good ol' days with better food! Chicken wings are also on the menu! And it's real chicken wings with the bone 🍗!! Def...

Waren vor kurzem im Mc Donalds drinnen Essen, weil draussen eine lange Kolonne sich gebildet hat, beim Mcdrive. Drinnen war es aber auch nicht besser🙈. Mussten echt lange warten bis wir an der Kasse bezahlen konnten. Es war Freitag Abend, 4 Mitarbeiterinnen und zwei wo in der Küche gearbeitet haben. Kein wunder das es auch so lange gedauert hat. Das Personal sah nicht aus als hätten die stress gehabt, Gegenteil eher voll gelangweilt und Interessen los. Als wir endlich bezahlen konnten , hatte sich eine Kundin beschwert weil sie einen falschen Burger bekam( kann ja vor kommen) war die Mitarbeiterin so desinteressiert nicht mal eine Entschuldigung, hat der Kundin einen anderen gegeben und das wars. Ihrem Lipgloss schenkte sie mehr Aufmerksamkeit als den Kunden.Von Ordnung und Sauberkeit halten die auch nicht viel. Ich versteh nicht wie so ein Laden, an Personal spart🤷‍♀️, am Geldmangel liegt es bestimmt nicht. Wen ich Geschäftsführerin wäre, würde ich mich Grund und Boden schämen so einen Laden zu führen, so wie es gerade geführt wird. Ihr könnt von Glück reden, das es nur euren Mc Donalds gibt in Breisach, sonst hättet ihr schon lange nicht überlebt Ihr habt nicht mal einen Stern verdient, aber musste einen hin machen, sonst konnte ich die Bewerbung...
