Great food! Wonderful staff and elegant atmosphere (inside). Nice (outside) patio seating area in the alley way. It gets busy around 7pm, so make a reservation if you plan to dine around that time. However, they accommodated us even though we walked up with a large group. Meals were very nicely plated, but not very large. All the specials were a bit pricey, but the regular fare was descently priced. We had two delicious appetizers; scallops and lobster. Our main courses were served relatively quickly. Our dishes were; crown of lamb, sautéed sliced duck with currant sauce, Veal Parmesan, truffle tortelloni, black tortellini with seafood, and Capellaci filled with sausage and mushroom with a Parmesan cream sauce. They were all very good; sauces were amazing, but the pastas were slightly undercooked. The duck was a little pink, but that currant sauce and the polenta cakes were so delicious! We finished off our meal with three desserts; Panna cotta, tiramisu, and cream brûlée. All were worth the extra calories! The cream brûlée was the best, Panna cotta was the next and the tiramisu was our least favorite. We enjoyed a wonderful evening eating and drinking on the patio seating with our group. Wiesbaden is a beautiful city and this restaurant (with outside seating) highlights that. And just as it started to rain (towards the end of our meal), they extended the awnings at Just the right time to keep us all dry. Wonderful evening! We...

It is located in one of the busiest parts of the city, therefore it was full when we arrived (reservation for dinner service recommended). We got seated outside, at the curb, which was a bit noisy, however I did enjoy the lively atmosphere of the street and some music after all. I must say I didn't like how close the tables were to each other - I was sitting closer to my neighbor than to my friend in front of me so I was completely missing the sense of privacy.
The food was decent and tasty - typical Italian food - you wont get disappointed but don't expect something that blows you away. We got bruschetta as an appetizer (sprinkled with balsamic, which is not my favourite ingredient) - great taste and a good sized portion - and continued with pasta dishes. I opted for tagliatelle with creamy mushroom sauce and pieces of beef. Overall great choice - pasta was al dente (as it should be) and I appreciated that I was asked how I wanted the beef to be done, the sauce was a bit heavy for me, still enjoyable and tasty though. Glass of Italian red wine was a perfect match to my food, although it could have been a little bit more chilled.
The staff was good and attentive as well, nothing in particular stands out, just very polite and decent. Overall I was satisfied with choosing the Comeback restaurant! Visited in July 2022 and paid by card.

Hands down the best and most consistent restaurant in Wiesbaden. Vladi is outstanding and clearly knows what he is doing with running his business. I have been going there consistently for almost a year and have yet to have a bad experience or anything other than delicious food! You can't go wrong with any pizza, and the pasta is all freshly made and totally excellent. You don't have to worry about getting over cooked, soggy noodles, their preparation is delectable. The atmosphere is perfect for a date, or a business dinner. You really won't be disappointed.
I have seen a few reviews about it being expensive so I kind of wanted to set the record straight. I don't think I have gotten a pasta dish over 12.00 euro, and you can get a whole Pizza for less than 7.00 euro, so I have no idea where people are getting the "too...
