I ordered at Elena once before (via Lieferando) and then I was really satisfied - everything was tasty and fine. The squid rings were hot and crispy, all the side orders were ok, too. Unfortunately, tonight I am really disappointed and it is my last order here (direct from the website). We ordered some meat, squid rings, french fries and salads. The order was delivered much late, my squid rings were cold, gummy and tasteless, the toasted bread was soft and wet like a sponge, we didn't receive our fries at all and had to pay over 5 EUR more than it was stated...

Sorry aber nicht was wir erwartet hatten. Eigentlich online für 17.30 bestellt. Telf Anruf kam um 16.30 ob auch um 16.45 geliefert werden könnte. Sahen wir als eigentlich überhaupt kein Problem und dass wahrscheinlich viele Lieferungen anstanden. Trotzdem kam das Essen dann erst um 17.10. Leider war es dann nur lauwarm und das Fleisch war zeh und trocken - vom Essen meines Mannes sowie meine. Zusätzlich war der mitdachtet gelieferte Beilagensalad sehr sehr klein sowie die Beilagen der auf der Teller (Reis, Pommes und zatziki). Brot zum zatziki war weder frisch (pappig) noch ausreichend und offensichtlich zusammengestellte Kante und eine Scheibe aus eine Packungsbrot) Daher nur 1 Stern weil wir komplett enttäuscht waren und leider hier nicht wieder bestellen werden und es anderen nicht empfehlen könnten. Sieht leider wirklich nach Sparmaßnahmen aus... schade. Update: Sofort hat sich jemand vom Restaurant gemeldet und wir haben uns ausführlich darüber unterhalten. Den liegt offensichtlich die Zufriedenheit der Kunden am Herzen. Nach dem Telefonat haben wir uns entschlossen den Restaurant noch eine Chance zu geben. Update folgt... Update (2 Wochen später): haben heute nochmal dasselbe bestellt und alles super! Essen war nicht kalt, Fleisch genau richtig gebraten und keineswegs zäh. Portionsgrösse war ok - genauso wie im Restaurant. Man kann nur davon ausgehen dass beim ersten Mal intern etwas schiefgegangen ist. Auf alle Fälle bestellen wir nochmal....
