Aduanipa Prime — Restaurant in Accra

Terrible customer service! I have been seeing reviews of aduanipa’s check check online and yesterday 29/11/2023, I decided to give it a try. I placed a call to one of their numbers and ordered a pack of fried rice. The person who picked up and took my order said her name was Naa. I was informed the meal would be ready in less than 20 minutes and that the rider would call me once the meal was ready for delivery. More than 45 minutes passed and I hadn't received a call from the rider so I decided to call back. The same Naa lady who took the order told me the reason why I hadn't been called was because they had received a lot of orders. I then asked if the food was ready so I could order a bolt or Uber to pick it up. She confirmed that the food was ready and asked me to send the ride. The driver got there and was informed that the food was not ready and was told he would be served once the food was ready. (Mind you, it had been more than an hour since I placed my order). The driver ended up waiting for more than 30 minutes before the food was handed to him causing me to have to pay double the transportation cost. The food eventually got to me after 2:30pm and when I opened it I realized they had sent me someone else's order (which was jollof and egg). I called to register my displeasure and had wanted to cancel the order for my money to be refunded but they said the dispatch was going to come replace the food delivered to me so I decided to wait. The food (fried rice) that was eventually delivered to me was delivered without chicken. At this point I was so fed up and I had to give the food away. Also, whilst the bolt driver was waiting, I could overhear the ladies shouting at him in the background and telling him to wait for his turn when he asked for the food to be handed to him. Though most Ghanaian restaurants have some rude attendants, I must say this is the worst service I have ever received. I ordered food at 12:00 and ended up receiving it after 3pm meanwhile my location is less than 10 minutes from the restaurant. Aduanipa is HOME away from HOME!! The ambience is top notch and very local yet very neat. For the food 😂😂, you'll have to visit , taste for yourself so you can also testify.

Unlike other eatery's where you have to wait ages to get served,the wait at Aduanipa is soo short.

NB: Prices are a lil on the high side here though so go prepared.Fufu is served 12cedis ↗️ and one snail is 50cedis.
