Oseikrom Aduanipa — Restaurant in Accra

Nice place, great meals. Their menu is exciting, there are a lot of varieties — when it comes to the food and drinks.

It takes less time to get your order done. I personally ate fufu on my first visit. I should say their prices are moderate comparatively. The environment is neat and hygiene is in place.

The taste of my food wasn’t bad. Their meats are big and heavy. Except for the chicken wings that were hard — I don’t know why and I just love my meat soft😅.

But one thing they have to work on is their customer service.

The waitresses kind of discriminate. They look at appearance before rendering their services. From my observations, they’re in a hurry to serve the so-called big men and women. But if you look like a commoner, to hell with you.

If you need simple things like tissue, it’s hard to draw the attention a waitress cos they’re all acting like ‘I’m busy please’ which isn’t supposed to be so.

If they can work on their customer service, the experience here would be best. That’s why I gave them 4 stars.

But aside from that, this is a great place to enjoy your meal. I’m surely going back...

The staff are exceptionally friendly and attentive, ensuring that orders are taken and served within a short time, which adds to the pleasant dining experience.

However, the restaurant can get quite warm during the day, even though ceiling fans have been installed to help with ventilation. This is something to keep in mind if you plan to visit during the hotter hours.

Been here several times but this time, 2 stars because at least the food tasted good even though the towel that came with my food was very hard that I couldn’t even bite into and I complained to the waitress about it and she said she was coming. That was it. She never returned and when I was finally done eating we asked someone to call her for the bill and we asked her to breakdown the bill for us she couldn’t even have the decency to do so rather went on about how much we’re supposed to pay. She felt absolutely no remorse with her actions and walked away instead. We approached “the manager” who asked us to see the owner with our issue.
