LEGACY SQUARE — Hotel in Accra

the staff is nice and will work with you on issues of getting rent paid but the place is far from safe. it has nuber combination locks on nfronyt and back doors and cameras. there's always excuse why nothing caught on camera and people are always knocking on someones window and getting let in. we are on the north end of downtown and it's a bad location. our street is homeless row. people sleeping every where. alcohol bottles n other trash everywhere as they feed n habd out freebies every day. and south of us is the homeless poutreach walk in center and north of us ius the lord's free diner. so we're in the middle of all the activity every day.always emergency vehicles at the homeless walk in outreach center. and ambulances picking up passed out drunks off the streets and we've seen more than our share of crime and deaths in these apartments. on3e man was stabbed on the wheelchair ramp out back one saturday early morning. many have died in these apartments. even with security cameras someone is getting away with walking around here with big bolt cutters and broke into the courtyard picnic area and stole stuff. nothing done. it was too dark and trees in the way and cameras at the wrong angle. these are some of the excuses. watch out for the volunteer worker. he has a nasty temper. yells n kusses at residents and delivery drivers. they say deliveries are fine to be left on the porch even though most residents say it is unsafe, too many thieves in the area. and they are now allowing the nasty bug spray lady to charge a fortune to the tennants fo are bug spray.. will tell you it's unsafe to stay in doors when they spray but drags her kids around on the job and the property manager allows it walks around with her inspecting the apartments. they brought in drug search dogs once and harrassed us. bottom line is the staff can be very friendly but it is unsafe here and the bug spraying sservice is terrible in the times she actually gets comes here. always excuses why she can't the poor maintinance guy usually does it by himself. what is she paid for ? he deserves the money. we shouldn't have to start paying her now. she damages our property and tells us our apartments are a mess and we need to throw things out and says it easy to replace them.she once knocked a can of coffee off the counter and left the mess behind then complained my kitchen is a mess. not renewuing in this pet friendly place because of pet because of complaint from the bug spray lady who i've complaiuned about on many...

Perfect location, but the apartments are not soundproof so lots of noise from both the airplanes, nearby outlets that play music and people. The pool was too dirty and smelled sewage. Lots of mosquitoes. There’s no place to hang out. The carpark in my opinion should not occupy as much space at it does now, right in front of the apartments on ground level. Gets crowded, and not safe for kids...
