First of all their bold banana smoothie is on point, that if you are lucky to get it when they have bananas on storage, hard to imagine that in Ghana they would run out of bananas. Now to the food, about a week ago I ordered shrimp noodles, who thought that something simple like shrimp noodles could be so bad, the taste was totally fade. Which good Chef would get the idea to coat the shrimp with breadcrumbs and fry it and mix it with the noodles, who eats bread with bread? I just tasted sweet breadcrumbs no shrimp and fade noodles, moreover why would you put a plastic container with shitto inside my noodles? Do I know where it was lying or how many fingers grabbed it before you put it inside my food? Disgusting! ๐คฆโโ๏ธ At this point go google shrimp noodles and see how it has to look like! Anyways, yesterday I thought let me try something simple chicken Haka noodles, came there took it home as takeaway and then suprise for 85ghs I got plain spaghetti mixed with some oil, some fried pieces of chicken and fresh veggies not even sautรฉd or boiled veggies, no sauce in the noodles and not even the typical koffee lounge style Haka noodles I tried at their branch at the A&C mall few years back which were delicious! Now I been today on the WC for the third time with running stomach. Thanks Koffee Launge you done well! If you want good food quality avoid Koffes lounge at all cost which increased their price but lowered the quality and hired a Chef whom I would not trust to even boil my noodles. Disappointing really, because years back you people would have deserved 5 stars, but now even 1 star would be too much. This was my last time at the Koffee Launge if I want running stomach I can get it for way cheaper at the...
ย ย ย Read moreMy friends claim that, anywhere there is a sumptuous meal, you will see Del๐...anytime I get the chance to go to Koffee Lounge I always recall the first time my friend (Cee) & I went there to get food. This was during our first or second year @Legon. As we sat through our final lecture for the day, both of us had a strong appetite to eat something different (other than the usual Ghanaian foods). I dipped my hand into my jeans ๐ pocket to reach out to the money I had, I realized I had just a meagre amount. My friend's money was no different. Here were two broke fine girls ๐ญ ๐ who were craving to eat something different! In our quest to satisfy our cravings, we put our small monies together and headed straight to Koffee Lounge (A&C). We had to pick a loading taxi, dropped at American house and trekked to the restaurants. ๐ When we arrived the waiter who served us recommended we ate schezwan rice. We were skeptical about trying out such a meal with a strange name but we finally did & yah it was great ๐๐๐. It was hot, spicy, and delicious. Ever since we got to know of the Bawaleshie branch, we have been frequenting the place. Having visited both branches on different occasions, I must confess that their services are always on point ๐. Food get served on time, they serve more than just Koffee/coffee(Indo-Chinese foods, local, etc dishes). Infact, this is the only place where you get served a mountain of rice on a plate๐(as shown in photos). You can eat n still package some away as I always do.๐ ๐ ๐ ๐ ๐ ๐ ๐...
ย ย ย Read moreEasy to locate by the road side, adjacent MTN office. Their food is one of the best I've eaten in Accra and a pack/plate could satisfy 2 persons. It's affordable too for that quantity and quality of food. The only issue I tend to have with them is a slow service. It usually takes about 30mins before you get served and about 1hr 30mins if it's being delivered to you. But to avoid the delay, call and place an order (maybe 20/30mins prior) then come pick up the take away. I'd advice they get more chefs, especially on weekends. The weekdays delays are quite reasonable, 20mins tops. Irrespective of the delay, I always patronise them because, like I said earlier, they are one of the best! Oh yea, I'd recommend you try Assorted...
