Rockefellas Sushi-Korean-Continental Restaurant — Restaurant in Accra

Food- check Drinks- check Service- check Sense of belonging - check Admirers -check Appreciation -check I lovvveeeeeee this restaurant so Much it was my first time with my friends and then OMG with a variety of foods on the menu, the waiter helped me choose.

He was gentle and kind I felt wow this is love for customers Then also I went inside to get extra folks for my friends to taste my food because mine arrived later, ofcourse I didn’t know what to order. When I entered the restaurant; a man opened the door for me and then flashed a wide smile so wide I got confused. I smiled back and it was a nice feeling you know. So he asked me to go back to my seat and my request will be tended to.

When I got back I told my friends what happened and one told me this man was the owner and he even Opened the door when I was walking out. Looking simple

And I learnt one thing, which is; in your own business you will need to work like you were hired and not the boss to make it work.

For what happened in there my love for this restaurant has gotten bigger than the universe. I’m a student and can’t afford their meal always but when I need to give myself a treat that’s where...

Really disappointed.......the new place at Labone was not at all a good experience.....the waitress didn't come in to take the order until 20 minutes of us settling in...even when it was a late Saturday afternoon..... after placing the order that consisted of just Sushi and that too only 2 portions because it was just two of us the order came in after 55 minutes...that was when I had to remind them time and again and last of all tell them to cancel it if it doesn't come because m supposed to take my meds that's the reason m waiting for my food...all along they were not concerned about the order or the delay as I mentioned earlier since there wasn't any guests so the staff were in their small groups enjoying their small chit chats and conversations at the cost of the customer service.....so a no no for me certainly...I would rather go to any other place if I crave Sushi than here ....had this time around thinking that they have opened so would be good but...

We were a large group (25) and were asked to preorder our food as the restaurant was expecting to be busy. When we arrived there was a large table set up outside for us, however as we all arrived it became clear that despite having all of our names and food choices there were not enough seats at the table for us all, with only around 16 being provided. The food was nice, but it was shame that it came so haphazardly that people had finished their dishes long before mine arrived at the table - and I was not the last to be served. The staff were friendly, but I believe that they where overwhelmed with the size of our group. Overall, the food and atmosphere was good enough that we will try it again as a couple, but I would not recommend going as a large group. Edit: Finally went to the new location as a couple.
