vida e caffè - Accra Mall — Restaurant in Accra

My first time visiting this branch and I must say I was very disappointed. A couple of things I noted: Whiles preparing my sandwich, the server had to receive a package being delivered by a courier, and she received them with the disposable gloves she was using, and went right back to preparing the sandwich - on two separate occasions - she did not change them, or take them off before receiving the package.

She and her other colleague kept talking over the food, and had no protective gear like nose mask or face shield on.

My order was a chicken avocado sandwich on a brown baguette, with pineapple ginger juice and it was to go. When I took a bite I was sad. The sandwich was so so dry, no flavour at all, and there was no ginger in the pineapple ginger juice. I have visited other branches and this is by far not the best. Management needs to take a serious look at this branch, and correct things.

I didn't try their coffee, maybe they are better? Just beware if you're visiting this branch thinking it's in the mall so it's probably better - nope,...

We we're for the first time visiting the Accra Mall and needed a break, saw signs saying "food court" . We sat there until a young waiter came up. We said we're resting, he said we can't sit here unless we are buying something. We asked for the manager. We tried to explain that the food court is for the whole mall. No signs are posted saying that the area is for Vida. The manager ended up getting so upset he said we're raising our nephews wrong, my husband asked if he wanted to fight...and called my husband an "old man" basically saying that my husband can't fight. Who ever owns this place needs to re-train the employees on how to interact with...

Customer Service was Meh. Salad was horrendous, I don’t even know who gave them the right to call vegetables unmixed and lined up as salad. I guess they need to research on how a salad is made. Putting assorted vegetables together and not mixed together isn’t a salad it’s just a display. Carrots cuts were about the size of my thumb, cucumber the size of a baby fist just thrown in there — 🤮abysmal.
