We arrived at a time when the cafe was not busy at all. We waited for 15 minutes and had to ask 2 people to order. The waiters were super slow and impolite. Although we explained that we had to leave soon to catch the ferry, we waited for 15 minutes for a coffee and a lemonade. We asked the waitress if she can confirm how long it would take and she never came back. In the end we had to leave before the drinks arrived since we would miss the ferry. Don’t go there if you are in a hurry. It’s the worst service I ever experienced in a cafe. The response to the review is completely unprofessional. The very least, you should apologize for the bad service and for not even getting back to us when we asked how long it would take to prepare one coffee and one lemonade! Although the ship arrived, the cafe was half empty, which is not surprising given the bad service. the place is beautiful unfortunately the service was terrible. We arrived with my family in a group of 10 people and arbitrarily moved tables to accommodate my relatives since nobody took us into account and after a few minutes a waitress arrived with the manager of the place and the manager herself scolded me as if I were a child telling me that she could not move the tables in a very bad way and without any courtesy I apologized for having moved the tables and she continued in a bad way to move everything instead telling us that if we wanted us to sit apart that the tables could not be moved . my family and I left the place and when I left I stopped to tell the manager that I had just lost an account of 10 people and that her attitude did not seem right to me and her response was that that had been the nice way to talk to us and that it didn't matter if we left.
