Caillou Seaside All day bar — Restaurant in Argostoli Municipality

Ordered a Classic Burger with fries, and a Greek salad. Both took some time to arrive and on first glance both looked impressive. To be fair my wife's salad was well presented and she said it was very good. Unfortunately, my burger was cold and raw. The waitress, who is also the cook, apologised and said she'd bring another. She didn't take my original dish away, and after some 15 minutes brought another burger but no fries or side salad. She basically expected me to somehow move the original burger off the first plate and replace with new burger. Of course, my fries were now cold and so I had to leave them. The replacement burger was ok, but the bacon on it was somewhat cold and not well cooked. I have been twice here for brunch. I felt seen and looked after by the ladies there especially when first arriving a bit flustered as I was overheating. They turned the fan to face me and were empathetic to my situation. A big thanks for that... as a post menopausal woman still flushing, your thoughtfulness was really welcomed.

The toasted avocado, egg, bacon, lettuce etc sandwich is so good! Highly recommend. It set me up for the rest of the day. Perfect cappuccino. Great ambience. Clean. Nice decor.

What an amazing bar this is! 😍 The staff are some of the friendliest, loveliest people you’ll ever meet — especially Elena, Milena and Nina! The cocktails are unreal too — easily some of the best we’ve ever tasted.

If you’re staying in Argostoli, I’d highly recommend popping in for a drink. I guarantee you’ll end up becoming a regular for the rest of your holiday, just like we did 🤣
