This is a review from a person who often eats in very good restaurants, and I have broad knowledge of food. Beautiful location... And that's where it ends. When you sit down they bring bread and water without asking for it !!! Which later is added to the bill, so beware! I can understand the water, however the bread wasn't even fresh and they will charge you €1.40 per person for it. Food is below average... Greek salad - just standard Greek salad, nothing special about it. Fried white bait... Not crispy enough. I was offered a Calamari special, and was advised that it would be enough for two people, I was not given a price, but I was smart enough to ask before I ordered it - which was €17, so I decided to order it. The calaramari dish arrived as a small portion of calamari rings with two overcooked prawns and ONE cherry tomato cut in half, and a bit of sauce. Overall - I would recommend avoiding this restaurant, as it is a total rip off! You can eat better quality food and for a lot less money. Service ok, waiters dressed in nice butcher style aprons, nice quality plates on tables, which leads you to believe that you are in a good establishment, however this is misleading and it's all style...

However, beware the ‘catch of the day’ - priced at 70 euro /kg which is fine if you’re getting a portion of around 300g (which I found to be quite standard at most restaurants here and not bad at all). However they serve you about 150g of nice enough fish (one half a fish)- nothing spectacular (we ordered a single portion which I was led to believe would be 250g- grilled sea bream) - with a literal sprinkling of tasteless boiled carrot potato & courgette - and charge it at the price of 500g. You can see in the picture how small the portion is 😄. I commented on this when the bill came - and an argument between 2 staff ensued (in Greek so I wasn’t sure about what exactly) - and eventually wanting to just move on as I didn’t want anyone getting in trouble - I said no stress I’ll pay. However I wouldn’t go back or recommend this place...

We'd heard good things about the freshness and quality of the fish there so we went along earlier in the day to choose a red snapper and book a table and we were told the price in advance (snapper is 80€/kg so for two people you're looking at 65€ for a medium size one). We were also told it came with potatoes and veg so we thought okay, that's expensive but we'll go for it. We were disappointed when the dish arrived and included literally three thin slices of potato each and two or three bits of carrot and courgette, ended up having to also order some fries to go with it for another 5-6€ otherwise it wouldn't have been enough food.
The snapper however was very tasty but you could probably find equally as good for less money elsewhere. Location is a decent walk outside of the main area but you get a beautiful view over the sea and the ambience at...
