KFC Pagrati — Restaurant in Athens

OK. First of all I know it's 'KFC' but that's besides the point. Regardless of where I am, I am expecting the same level of commitment and service in the food I go to spend money on. I ordered 2 burgers and 2 mightly box meals. The mighty box meal came with hash browns which were very soggy. One of the mighty box meals was spicy and one was original recipe fillet but there was no mark on the box to denote which was which, believe me its not as easy to tell with the naked eye. One burger had a bun that was not toasted at all and the other had a toasted bun but it was stone cold, as was the chicken fillet inside them. It seemed like the only thing made fresh were the fries and the coke-a-cola. With so many local places around that provide 'Greek' food at a lot cheaper price, it becomes hard to recommend this location...

I was surprised with such quality of service as one lady i assume the superviser came out showting at us because of some more clients entered...

and also delay to give the order, I ordered zinger classic meal, and a twister sandwich.

which has nothing to do with reality zinger.. so small in size, bun ( cold and dry/old), little mio little latos and a very small piece of chicken .. french fries were cold.. I forgot to take a picture but for sure I will..if i go there again.

We are regular eating KFC in germany, Dubai, the best in UAE ever..

I loved the KFC taste since I was a kid, and of course particularly this was the place I ate since it's the only one in my neighbourhood. It's very sad to see that over the years portions are getting tiny, quality is deteriorating and service is wrose and worse. The last times I ordered, my meal was cold and delayed. The exact opposite of what fast food should be, quick and hot meal with steady quality over the years. I will not be surprised if this chain leaves Greece as well, the management clearly doesn't have correct priorities. It makes me sad...
