My wife is a Greek Australian so we’re accustomed to authentic home cooked Greek food or non-touristy Greek restaurants. We generally found the restaurants in Greece on our three week holiday in Athens and a couple of islands, to generally have the same touristy menu items, a lot of the quick cook or prep variety. It’s fine but gets old quickly. The three of us went for dinner on a Monday night and there were more ppl there than you'd expect for start of the week. This restaurant was a breath of fresh air, both in ambience and taste. It feels more like you’re been invited to someone’s (rustic) home for a home cooked dinner rather than in a restaurant. It does not look like a restaurant from the outside, nor does it feel like you are eating at a restaurant while you're there... It feels like you are in their home and they care for you as if you were. The hosts were patient with us and spoke impressive English. Our family walked right by this place without realizing, but I am so happy one of us slowed down to take a look. I couldn't imagine our Greek trip without this stop.
If you are ready for a new kind of dining experience, eat here. You...

When you walk in, you feel as if you might be in the wrong place. The exterior looks like a residence, but as soon as we came inside, they showed us into the kitchen and let us have a look at all the dinner options available. We ordered right away as we stood in the kitchen because our memories are... what was I saying?... haha
We sat in the garden area under an orange tree and a lemon tree and really enjoyed the ambiance and the friendly service. They have a collection of old wine barrels that used to hold the owners own wine, but alas, that well has run dry, still the spirit of fine things and a desire to enjoy epicurean pleasures lingers.
I highly recommend you drop in and enjoy this unique...
