Phileo Cafe Bar — Restaurant in Delphi Municipality

This is a 100% recommendation. Not only a uniquely Greek drink experience, but unique to Delphi as well. Specializing in Mastiha (or Mastiqua), the cocktails are creative and diverse in flavor while mainting subtlety in their palette.

They all are made with completely Greek ingredients, oftentimes from down the hill, as locally-sourced as possible, and it is reflected in the freshness of the taste and breadth of the flavor profile.

Furthermkre, unlike many establishments that sacrifice authenticity in an attempt to cater to the wider tourist audience, this place maintains a purity in its offerings that makes it not only a superior drink experience without compromise, but also one that you can, satisfied, return from knowing that your experience was not manufactured for foreign palletes, but honest flavors of Delphi.

An must try for Delphi! The store has interesting and unique Greek items—very different from the usual tourist shop, more expensive, but higher quality. The bar has excellent selections of cocktails, mocktails, wine, beer, and spirits. We tried a couple of mocktails, cocktails, and did their wine tasting (on a separate visit). The drinks are on average more expensive than I've seen elsewhere, but for the quality and selection, they seem very reasonable. Leonidas was super helpful in guiding us through the wines and introducing us to the world of Greek wine. He was incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about Greek wines and spirits and matched his explanations to our level of experience...

Lovely bar with amazing service. We tried the cocktail Summer Spirit which is a fruit refreshing drink perfect for hot days. We also tried the red wine with strawberries, that was one amazing experience! The charcuterie board was a nice touch and complimented everything perfectly. The sunset was very nice and the view from the balcony overlooks the mountains. Leonidas was the perfect host, we enjoyed chatting with him. I highly recommend visiting the place, and one big thing is that everything is made with local products...
