Dissappointed and Misleading prices

I ordered a dessert from the menu, which stated that all desserts are combined with ice cream for 4.5€. However, when I received the bill, an additional 2.5€ charge for the ice cream was added. When I politely raised the issue, I was met with hostility. Instead of addressing the confusion, the staff—particularly an older lady—was extremely rude and insisted that I should have known about the extra charge, even though the menu implied otherwise. Very disappointing experience. The girl working there was extremely unprofessional—she was rude, dismissive, and seemed annoyed by our presence even though the place was completely empty. She rushed through our order without even listening properly, laughed loudly for no reason, and spoke in Greek in a way that felt directed at us, which made us feel very uncomfortable. To make things worse, the ice cream tasted terrible—nothing like what you’d expect from a patisserie. Would not recommend this...

(EN) I recently had the pleasure of eating at Meli & Canela in Kalithea and I must say, it was a truly delightful experience. The spinach pie was absolutely amazing, filled with delicious flavors and a perfectly flaky crust. The choco gofreta was a heavenly treat, with its rich chocolatey goodness. And let's not forget the fredo cappuccino, which was not only beautifully presented but also had a delectable taste that left me craving for more. The overall dining experience was exceptional, with friendly and attentive staff adding to the pleasant ambiance. I recommend it.

Πρόσφατα είχα τη χαρά να φαγητίσω στο Meli & Canela στην Καλλιθέα και πρέπει να πω ότι ήταν μια πραγματικά ευχάριστη εμπειρία.
