Absolutely outrageous experience. We had four guests with celiac disease – strict no gluten. At the end of the meal, they had the audacity to charge us for four portions of bread we NEVER touched. After a long and unpleasant argument explaining we could not eat it, they still forced us to pay.
On top of that, one pasta dish was a disaster – disgustingly salty, drowning in cream, and completely inedible. We sent it back and ordered something else, yet they still slapped us with a €16 charge for the dish we couldn’t eat.
This is not just bad service – it’s pure greed and disrespect toward customers, especially those with serious dietary needs. Shameful behavior. Avoid this place at all costs. ZERO stars.
Charging for bread to a family with celiac disease is beyond unacceptable. You expect us to eat bread at the table when our children physically cannot eat it? We didn’t touch the bread, and we even asked to have it removed from the table – yet you still charged us for it.
After a loud 20-minute argument, you “generously” decided to remove just one portion – even though both kids are celiac as well. Fine… enjoy the money you made today.
As for the pasta with cream or without cream, it doesn’t matter. If a dish is not tasty to the customer, you simply don’t charge for it. That’s what it means to be a restaurateur. That’s what it means to be a professional – someone who puts their guests first.

Read moreThis was the worst restaurant we visited during our 11 day stay on Lefkada. We were seated at a table and the waiter took our order. We ordered a starter to share and 2 main courses (pasta and pizza) and some wine. The wine came quickly and we enjoyed it very much. After 30 minutes we became more and more impatient because a lot of people were getting their food and we didn’t even got a basket of bread or anything. The waiter saw us looking at the kitchen and we heard him repeat out order to his colleague in Greek. He probably forgot. After 40-45 minutes our starter and 1 pasta was served. No pizza. We asked the waitress where is the rest of our order was. She said this is it. This is your order. We said we also ordered pizza and we ordered at 10!!! She replied ‘yes, and now it’s almost 12’ (?????? No clue what she meant with that remark) ‘he took your order, not me’. The guy who took our order came to our table and only shook his head. The waitress returned asking us what we wanted. We replied we just want the pizza we ordered. She said ‘no more pizza’ and walked away again. At this point we just left the table and walked out.
All they had to do was say sorry or apologize or whatever but they were unfriendly and made it our problem. Would not recommend this...
Read moreWe visited the restaurant this evening at a relatively late hour, but still well within its opening hours, with our two children who both have celiac disease.
The waitress was lovely in fact, she was the only positive part of our experience.
We sat down as a family of four and ordered gluten-free pasta for the kids and regular dishes for us. We clearly stated that we did not want any bread on the table, since there was no gluten-free option suitable for the children.
One of the main dishes was overly creamy and extremely salty. We informed the kind waitress, who took the dish away and apologized, explaining that it was too late to order another main course. She kindly offered us desserts instead, which we happily ordered.
To our shock, when the bill arrived we saw charges for bread which was never brought to the table for obvious reasons, and for the dish that had been taken away because it was inedible.
When we questioned this, the manager began arguing loudly in a rude and unprofessional manner.
The complete lack of sensitivity and focus solely on money left us with a terrible impression. Of course, we ended up paying, despite the fact that there was absolutely no justification for no...
