Porto Italiano — Restaurant in Municipality of Aegina

This experience was terrible. First we go into the restaurant to eat lunch, the waiter didn’t even say anything to us not even hello. We were also the only one’s at the restaurant because we thought that it had a nice view. After we sat down we asked to get the drinks menu but the waiter didn’t understand so we had to use hand motions to show we wanted the drink menu. When we all were done with our order we waited 1 hour+ for our food to come, a quick reminder that we were 13 people but since we were the only ones we thought the food would come fast. We first got 3 veg pizzas when we in reality only had ordered 2. Then another 20 min the rest of the pizzas came. We told the waiter about 5 times how we still needed some of our food but he didn’t understand. When 12 out of 13 people had their food the waiter had forgotten a pizza, and it wasn’t written on the receipt. So we then had to wait another 20 min for the last person to get her food. It was so horrible because we only had 2 hours in the small village and we used all the time to wait for our food. All in all...

Τριήμερο Πρωτομαγιάς...περιμένουμε 2 άτομα μέχρι να αδειάσει το αντίστοιχο τραπέζι...ξαφνικά μετά από 10 λεπτά ορθοστασίας βλέπω μπροστά μου ένα τραπέζι ν αδειάζει.περιμενω να το καθαρίσουν κ να μου δώσει ο υπεύθυνος το Οκ να καθήσω...ξαφνικά μέσα απ' το μαγαζί τρέχοντας βγαίνουν 3 κοπέλες,(οι οποίες απ' ότι φάνηκε ήταν φίλες του ενός σερβιτορου)και κάθονται.λεω στον υπεύθυνο αυτές γιατί έκατσαν?"μην ανησυχείτε μου απαντάει,δικό σας είναι το τραπέζι".πάει όντως να τις σηκώσει και τότε παρεμβαίνει ο σερβιτορος-φιλος των κοριτσιών και του λέει (εμείς τόση ώρα,μακριά 1,5 μέτρο τα βλέπουμε και τ ακούμε όλα🤬)"δεν σηκώνονται,είναι δικές μου"και του λέει ο υπεύθυνος οτι προηγουμαστε εμείς και αν θέλει να έρθει εκείνος να μας ενημερώσει και έτσι να τα βγάλει πέρα ο ιδιος,όπως τα έκανε...την ώρα που πλησιάζει τον ρώτησα απλά και ευγενικά αν μας περνάει για μ@λ@κες...έκανε το λάθος κ συνέχισε,λέγοντας μας ότι έχουν κάνει κράτηση και του είπα να μην λέει μπούρδες γιατί οπότε έχω ζητήσει κράτηση,μου έχουν πει ότι δεν κάνουν...μάλιστα του ανέφερα ότι κατάλαβα όλο το σκηνικό κ ότι είναι τουλάχιστον παιδαριώδες και αντιεπαγγελματικο.μαλιστα δεν δέχτηκα άλλη δικαιολογία γιατί του εξήγησα ότι ήδη έχει εκτεθεί...όλη αυτή την ώρα ο υπεύθυνος(των σερβιτόρων αν κατάλαβα καλά)φροντισε και μας βρήκε τραπέζι μπαμ μπαμ και μάλιστα για να είμαστε ειλικρινείς,ήταν πιο καλό και άνετο.κατα τ αλλα το φαγητό πολύ καλό και σαν σέρβις θα τους έλεγα...
