We had a wonderful experience at Panagakis in Aegina! The crepes were absolutely incredible — the best we've ever had. 50 minutes to bring a waffle to the table. Asked for ice, still waiting. Enough said. Waffle taste was ok, but nothing special. My suggestion to the owner: you know how busy this place gets during the holidays. Either hire more people to serve or get more to prepare the orders. You could try combining both. 50 minutes for a simple waffle but fast as a bullet when they were going to be paid. In the end of the day you gotta keep the customers coming right? Faster service means faster consumption hence faster payment and departure....
