Unfortunately, yesterday I made the dreadful mistake of calling for a reservation for me and my two daughters, ages 5 and 13. I was told that a table would be available in 15 minutes, so we rushed. When we got there on time, the waiter said it would take another 15 minutes, so we happily went for a walk, as these things happen in Crete, especially in August when it’s very busy. When we got back very hungry, a rude, bald middle-aged man informed us angrily that a reservation was not really made by the restaurant; "it was only a suggestion, he said in a manner that words cannot describe! I have never in my life witnessed such rudeness; my daughters were shocked! When I made an attempt to answer back, the coward ran away, shouting "I'm busy!". Of course we left! In other countries, people sue for such discriminatory treatment and win. I will never return. This place used to be a decent restaurant a few years ago but not anymore .
