Makis — Restaurant in Municipality of Apokoronas

Picked the restaurant by the good reviews. At first everything seemed to be ok untill we received our food. Sea bream and salmon fillet looked ok but had a lot of fish bones. Risotto was boiled and steam came out of it, so wasn’t possible to eat it. Asked to waiter if the risotto was cooked in the microwave. Didn’t received reply and few minutes later came the owner and began to shout that it was normal and that we had to wait 10 minutes to cool it down. Then she took risotto and waiter came back with it 10 minutes later when everyone else had eaten. The attitude was terrible! After shouting at us, we decided that we won’t eat the risotto and wont pay for it. For other food we were ok to pay. Owner then began to shout that she will call the police and that this is our problem. Who does that?! If someone has eaten in a good restaurant before will now the difference between good service and food...

So good service, so Nice waiter/owner. The pizza was cheesie, the kids loved it. The only minus i can say is that banana spilt came with pistasio ice cream, without they asking what flavor we would like. Good traditional menu, lamb kleftiko was perfect. Had lovely greek wine to accompany & baklava for dessert.

Man and lady serving worked flat out to keep all their diners happy and just about kept up with the demand on a busy night.. very enjoyable evening looking out...
