Petros Place — Restaurant in Municipality of Apokoronas

I was sitting and waiting to order for 10-15min. I sat to a table near the grill so they can see me and order quickly. Instead they were ignoring me. After 10-15min a lady came to get my order and when she realised it was just myself she started patronized me that I shouldn’t be sitting there (table of 7) and in a rude way told me “get up.. you sit there”, in a very diminishing way and showing me a table for two (which I would have sat, if she wasn’t so rude). I decided to leave. I would come back again if I want someone to patronize me, speak to me rudely and insult me. We manage a lot of properties in the area and we will make a remark about the rude staff. Also as a Google level 6 reviewer this place is not...

Really nice place for traditional greek food.

As far as I can tell all of the meat dishes are very fresh, well seasoned and prepared and the staff is very friendly and welcoming.

We had one if the best chicken so far and the chef is doing a great job in front of his grill.

-update 2023- We had a mixed seafood platter that was just delicious. Really awesome. So you could not only have very nice meat like e.g. also small and affordable portion of gyros pita (approx 4 Eur) but also very nice seafood.

The place was brimming with locals and plenty coming in and out picking up orders, they always say when you're away go to restaurants that the locals go to, so we figured we'd try this place to get the authentic Gyros experience and my god it did not disappoint, service was fast and friendly and the food was incredible! It might have been my first authentic Greek gyros experience but it's set the bar...
