Rodaria — Restaurant in Municipality of Apokoronas

So this was 4 years ago: We had a great meal here - my husband was desperate for pizza and having read reviews raving about their pizzas, decided to try for himself! Those reviews were not wrong ... he chose the Rosario special and reckons it was one of the best he's ever had - and he's had a few! Couldn't manage it all so took some home for the beach the next - and it tasted just as good if not better cold the next day!

And last night we went back .... And it is as good as ever! We had a half and half large size - my husband's side was once again the Rodaria with extra spiciness - and my half was tuna and onion with extra olives, chile and garlic - with a side tomato salad and lovely house white wine - the service in Rodarias is delightful and the pizzas are packed full with ingredients and flavour - once again, we couldn't finish it all and took the rest to the beach...

This pizzarestaurant was something to remember, for a month or two. Me and my mother ordered a large ham and pineapple pizza to share, the pizza was good but there was almost NO pineapple. My father ordered a Chiefs salad, he said it was nice, but would be better with feta cheese instead of mozarella. The bathroom was pretty nice but i could see traces of the last person using the toilet if you know what i mean. The service was pretty nice and the waiter was very kind and did not judge us for eating way too much food, The appetizers were great. Overall pretty nice but there is room for...

Disappointed. Ordered 2 pizzas priced at 14.90 each. We were charged 19.90 for 1 of them after asking the peppers to be replaced by mushrooms. Are mushrooms so expensive in Crete?Ordered 1 large beer and 1 small one. Small one was 4.50 and large one was 9.50. (Go figure). Pizzas were ok and the waiter was polite which warranted my 3 stars. If it wasn't for the service, it would have been 2 stars. I would not recommend this place when there are much better family run restaurants to...
