Brachera — Restaurant in Municipality of Central Corfu and Diapontia Islands

Almost the only way to be at the beach if you're not a hotel guest. 20€ for 1 bed is pricey, but I understand that they want to give preference to the hotel guests. However, what I don't understand is the quality of the food. The beer was not really cold, the pita actually almost cold, with heavy sauce, simple gyros. Lovely scenery shallow waters but one problem: cleanliness!!! I’ve never seen a beach in Greece that’s dirty especially one that belongs to a 5 star hotel, yeah I get it I see the staff trying to pick up trash but it’s not enough the sand needs to be combed. And the water needs to be cleaned of sea weed, the beach needs a better bar/restaurant cause the food wasn’t good. Great beach to enjoy a day near Kanoni. Not expensive at all, 2 sunbeds for 12 euro, including 2 bottles of water which reminded us of the pre-pandemic Greece that you don't find that often now.
