Super rude the way they handled all. We came long way to have dinner to your place. 2 people with baby. We enter and clearly one of the head waiters see cos we go past by her. She dont say even hi to uss. We walk to the bar and ask girls That can we have dinner. Girl answer that yes please you can choose table. It was 21.00 and restaurants had 3other tables that moment. This moment this head waiters was there to hear this and didn't say a word. They let uss to choose table and even sit down and that moment this head waiters comes to tell that we can't have dinner cos we have a baby!! Really...like she had many opportunities to tell that before letting uss to sit down. Even other waiter told uss welcome and to sit down! What is this! On your web page or anywhere it don't say that families are not allowed. And please educate your staff. That was ruining whole evening for uss thinking we left there for far away. We have stayed at the hotel this restaurant belongs to and we have tried the food on multiple occasions, leaving completely satisfied each time.

We have tried lunch menu sandwich which met our expectations.

We attended one of the live music events, where we chose our own food from menu card and once again we were satisfied and the guy singing had amazing voice and I could listen to him for hours.

Lastly we visited the sea night, where there was a set food menu that was once again amazing and there was so much food we could not even finish it.

On our last night at Airis Hotel we tried the Ladi restaurant. What a pleasant surprise! We enjoyed delicious salads (one Cretan and one with shrimps) in a nice atmosphere near the pool. Lovely relaxing music and...
