ToSouvlaki — Restaurant in Municipality of Chersonissos

Do yourself a favour and visit Poppy and all of the amazing staff at ToSouvlaki! Poppy is a riot and such a wonderful person to boot! We had an amazing time both times we visited and the food is simply superb. As always, nothing is too much trouble. The moussaka is real home cooked food, the gyros spins on a spit by the window and the more fancy menu items are expertly crafted - forget the plush, modern looking and expensive beach-side restaraunts for at least 1 night and get the experience of a proper family run Greek taverna; you'll leave satisfied and smiling!

Hands down the absolute best restaurant in Crete! Amazing food, cooked fresh and at a great price. Lovely atmosphere, and the family that own this business are some of the nicest people you will ever meet. It is one of the reasons why we go to Stalis twice a year to go eat there. Would give them ten stars if it was possible. Thank you Poppy and family for all the amazing food and great company.

The service was rude, short, lying and not pleasant overall. The food very mediocre and not worth the money. We ordered food without onions. After it came it had a lot of them and the manager kept saying there are none. After I showed them to her, she was trying to convince us that it's not onions and at the end still charged us for the dish we returned. The "fresh squeezed " juice was definitely not but from a bottle.
