Dianomeas — Restaurant in Municipality of Chersonissos

Perfect spot in Stalis for breakfast, lunch and dinner, absolutely stunning location with exit to sandy beach and best entrance to the sea (no rocks on the bottom - all safe and smooth). We were eating in Dianomeas almost every day for 3 weeks in a row and the food was awesome each time (not all food is captured on pics, as often we ate it before I could take photos) - always from fresh ingredients, hot and big, filling portions. Guys have as well the traditional wood oven in the kitchen, so picas were gorgeous, and as well all the local greek food was superb.

Best Mojitos I have ever tried (both with alco and virgin options, bartender Janis is making the best in Creta 100%). Very friendly staff - Irini and Kostas, that are taking good care of customers and accommodate their needs with love and understanding (we had a person who could not eat gluten, so guys were always double-checking the ingredients, to ensure it is gluten-free for that person). By the end of our vacation they already felt like family.

A lively, busy restaurant with a wide selection and a genuine family feel to it. The view out to sea is gorgeous and they have sun beds available for paying customers. Like so many other restaurants in Stalis, asking for the bill is followed by fruit and an aperitif; Dianomeas also threw in some cake and ice cream! Το πανέμορφο χωριό η Σταλίδα , το τουριστικό θέρετρο με ένα παραλιακό δρόμο , οπου είναι τα περισσότερα μαγαζιά , όπως καταστήματα αναμνηστικών , υπαίθρια εστιατόρια , μπαρ , κλπ . Ερχόμενοι εδώ για μία εξερεύνηση της περιοχής και συνδυασμό φαγητού , διάλεξα το εστιατόριο Διανομέας , για το πλούσιο μενού που είχε στην είσοδο . Ενας μεγάλος χώρος αρκετά συμπαθητικός , που επεκτείνεται μέχρι την αμμουδιά με πολλά τραπέζια (από τον δρόμο δεν φαίνεται το εξωτερικό του) . Ο νεαρός σερβιτόρος ο Κωνσταντίνος junior , αφού μας καλωσόρισε , με ένα πλατύ χαμόγελο πήρε την παραγγελία . Όταν έφερε τα τέσσερα μεγάλα στημένα πιάτα με εμφάνιση ενός χλιδάτου εστιατορίου , τρελάθηκα. Η αλήθεια είναι ότι ήταν πολύ γευστικά , καλομαγειρεμένα , και σωστή αναλογία στα υλικά . Αφού τελειώσαμε το γεύμα , ο πολύ ομιλητικός και γλυκός "Junior" έφερε και το κέρασμα, , φρούτα , και ρακί .Στην συνέχεια ήρθε και ο ιδιοκτήτης του εστιατορίου στο τραπέζι , για να ρωτήσει τις εντυπώσεις μας για τα φαγητά . Η απάντηση μου ήταν ειλικρινής , όπως κάνω πάντα ."Όλα τέλεια , μπράβο σας" του είπα , και άρχισε να γίνεται μια εφ όλης της ύλης συζήτηση φιλική , και με άνεση μου εξήγησε όλα αυτά που προβληματίζουν γενικά όλους τους εκεί , λόγω covid -19 . Όταν βγήκαμε έξω , συνάντησα την όμορφη "Δημητρα" να προσκαλεί τους ξένους πελάτες στο μαγαζί , με ένα "hello bab- by" 😍 και άλλα .
