Irodion Garden Restaurant — Restaurant in Municipality of Eastern Samos

The waitour seemed over the top friendly when we came. Then, we ordered chicken, waited for it for 30 min and when we finally got it, it was completely raw inside. When we told the waitour he simply said "I know" and with no apologies or chances of ordering anything else took the plate to the kitchen, so it would get fixed. I was not so comfortable eating the chicken once seeing it raw so, I asked the waitour to cancel the order. Then he said that it was NOT possible to cancel it and that we have to have it. In general in most restaurants they would understand if you would like to cancel a order after receiving it poorly. Not here. After discussion he "allowed" us to cancel.

I wish my bad experience would stop here..

When he came to our table so we could pay for the appetisers, my mom explained why she is scared of eating a raw chicken - her friend is in the hospital very sick beacuse of it. Then he cut her off, didn't listen, and started yelling "I came three times to your table and you didn't order a drink" (lie, we ordered drinks and he didn't come around) and he finished with "with your bill, you don't go to a restaurant you go to a sack!" and rushed off. Our bill was not big im the fist place beacuse we canceled the main dish.

He offended us, had no feeling for people and only saw us as walking wallets and not has humans.

After canceling the order the waitour showed his true face and of the restaurant. He seems to have a lot of problems in his life but his job is to leave them in front of the restaurant doors. It's very very sad I have to even write that down, since it...

Very cosy yard, but slow and not very service minded waiters. Waited 20 minutes to order, got the starter after 3 seconds and main courses came before cleaning after starter. We were told to keep the cutlery and use it again for the main course. Main course were Made in advance and heated in the oven. But it was not warm, and half of my dish were missing. We couldn’t get in touch with the waiter but finally we got the missing stuff after asking two times. Paid for 0,5 water but it was only 0,33l. Waited again 15 minutes after we asked for the check. He asked if everything has been okay, and we said no and explained why and he answered oooh okay. He fumbled around with the change, no discount, and told us to have a great evening. Amazing atmosphere, tastiest food, awesome service and the warmest people! The garden atmosphere is very warm and unique. The staff is very friendly, genuinely warm, kind and helpful. Most of the food items are naturally gluten-free but make sure to double check with staff. Mateos was extremely knowledgeable about what I could comfortably get as a celiac and made sure everything was safe. We had the sea bram fillet, the dorada and some chips. The service was great, the fish came with vegetables, fava (which was one of the best I ever had) and a delicious sauce. We bad a fantastic dinner experience here! The vibe was so great we stayed for an extra hour than our original plan. As a celiac I would comfortably suggest this restaurant and would definitely come back again!
