We first stumbled on Epidavros and the Posidon 4 years ago. Its outlook, rooms ,welcoming and position were perfect for us. We stayed and after 3 days moved on, but after driving for 50 miles and looking at other places we turned round and went back. Thankfully our room was still available and we stayed for the remainder of our holiday....and kept coming back. We are well travelled but have never found hospitality and pure friendship as we do there, Pavlos and his boys are more than staff and owners, they make us feel part of the family, The rooms, especially no 1, are clean and spacious, and four steps from your door are the harbour side tables where their excellent food is served. We feel so at home, that we don't even want to go out for the day. It is a trulyh restfull and homely place..., Well forsake the rest of Europe for Epidavros, and Pavlos and his team, ...and his dad.. ||I can say much much more... but best to discover it for...

The restaurant below is superb. The breakfasts were delicious, with fresh orange juice, eggs, yoghurt and fruit, plus tasty fresh bread. All served by Vasiliki under the white and pink oleander tree. We ate all our dinners here overlooking the sunset glowing pink across the harbour. The grilled dorado was done to perfection, the chips were crisp, the moussaka was tasty and the complimentary orange cake was excellent. All of the staff are very friendly and helpful with special mention to the two Pavlos and Vasiliki, plus the two male waiters.
