From the moment you step in, you're greeted with the comforting aroma of freshly brewed coffee and the warm, welcoming smiles of the staff. The ambiance is both cozy and vibrant, making it the perfect place to relax or catch up with friends. Being myself a coffee addict I can guarantee that the coffee at Kool is the best!! But the delights don't stop at coffee. The selection of savory and sweet treats is simply irresistible. The level of service here is also the best. The staff members are not only efficient and knowledgeable but also genuinely friendly...

Καλημέρα σας και καλό μήνα! Επισκέφτηκα σήμερα το πρωί το κατάστημά σας. Συνηθίζω να επιλέγω κάποιο άλλο για τον πρωινό μου καφέ, όμως για κακή μου τύχη σήμερα ήρθα στο δικό σας. Αφού κανείς δεν είπε την ευνόητη καλημέρα από τους υπαλλήλους που με μούτρα άνοιγαν τις τζαμένιες πόρτες και τακτοποιούσαν, καλημερίζω την κοπέλα και ζητάω ένα Freddo Espresso ''με λίγο πάγο'', ένα νερό και μια σπανακόπιτα. Ο καφές ήταν γεμάτος πάγο (ενώ ζήτησα λίγο γιατί έτσι μου αρέσει), ζητάω ευγενέστατα να μου αφαιρέσει λίγο πάγο αφού το είχα διευκρινίσει εξ αρχής. Αμηχανία και λίγος εκνευρισμός γιατί τα χέρια της δεν ήταν καθαρά, όπως μου έδειξε. Αφαιρεί τον πάγο και ξανακλείνει το καπάκι. Αποτέλεσμα...το χάρτινο ποτήρι το πήρα λερωμένο με καφέδες, την ''σπιτική'' σπανακόπιτα την πήρα πανιασμένη, ενώ έλειπε το επάνω φύλλο της και φαίνονταν μόνο τα πανιασμένα εσωτερικά φύλλα. Φυσικά την πέταξα. Αντιλαμβάνεστε οτι δεν ήσασταν η καλύτερη πρωινή εμπειρία για κάποιον που πηγαίνει στη δουλειά του. Σας σώζει φυσικά οτι βρίσκεστε σε κεντρικό σημείο, γιατί η ποιότητα στο φαγητό σας είναι κάτω του μετρίου, είμαι κάτοικος της περιοχής και δεν είναι η πρώτη φορά που ψωνίζω απο εσάς. Ο καφές σας συνήθως είναι άριστος, σήμερα όμως όχι! Καλό θα είναι ο ιδιοκτήτης της επιχείρησης να λαμβάνει υπόψη του και τους δυσαρεστημένους πελάτες και να διορθώσει τις αστοχίες που υπάρχουν.
