Generally I love the small restaurants outside center. It is near my home. The place is perfect. Big enough for a place near the neighbourhood. I visited several times. As starters we took 2 salads, 1 carpaccio, and one pizza. The pizza was excellent, the salads also reasonable good, but the carpaccio was like rubber. Not the common carpaccio you eat in other places. The main dishes were spaghetti. We chose uncommon ones, but they were just ok. Not something special but not something to remember. As dessert we had tiramisu. It was perfect. Pricing average, not quite cheap, but not expensive. Next time surely we will choose only pizzas and salads. What is know as Alfredo's restaurant is not valid any more. The business is now operating under new owner and staff. It's a cosy place for winter and summer time in the heart of the city, you can have a decent carbonara or pizza but the good news are ending here. Service is average, food presentation is poor, some dishes having terrible taste and if you have bad luck, you can face an epic failure of materials, in terms of freshness and smell. Menu is lacking a lot of typical Italian dishes and is rather shallow. I'll go back again but I'm considering it as pizza fast food than a authentic...

Γνήσιο ιταλικό φαγητό. Η carbonara καθώς κ η pizza στον ξυλόφουρνο είναι εξαιρετικά πιάτα. Και γενικότερα, ό,τι έχουμε δοκιμάσει κατά καιρούς είναι πολύ γευστικό κ ποιοτικό. Πραγματικά το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα. Το βαθμολογώ όμως με 4 διότι στην τελευταία μας επίσκεψη, η μία σερβιτόρα (με τα γυαλάκια) ήταν αγενής.Είχαμε στην παρέα καρότσι με μωρό κ το τραπέζι στο οποίο μας τοποθέτησε μύριζε πολύ έντονα πετρέλαιο (ήταν ακριβώς πάνω από 1 δεξαμενή) οπότε ζητήσαμε να αλλάξουμε κ ενώ υπήρχε δυνατότητα να ενώσουμε σε κάποιο άλλο σημείο 2 τραπέζια (το μαγαζί την ώρα που πήγαμε είχε μόνο 1 παρέα), η συγκεκριμένη κοπέλα μας είπε κάπως έντονα ότι δε γίνεται κ δεν μπορεί να κάνει κάτι.Τελικά στριμωχτηκαμε σε 1 μικρό τραπέζι το οποίο δε χωρούσε τα πιάτα που είχαμε παραγγείλει. Δε μας πείραξε τόσο αυτό όσο το ύφος με το οποίο μας μίλησε. Εάν δεν πηγαίναμε τόσο συχνά κ δε γνωρίζαμε πόσο καλό είναι το φαγητό, θα είχαμε φύγει. Για εμάς δε μετράει μόνο το φαγητό αλλά κ ο σεβασμός...
