The best beach bar of Chrissy beach!

Just our 2nd day in Crete and what a warm welcome. We had a wonderful time here on two beach beds for only € 8. There was drink service all over their beach area. We ordered delicious cocktails and received a complementary plate of fruit and a bowl of nuts. This gave me a royal feeling and a wonderful start to the holiday. The sandwiches were not only dirt cheap, but delicious too they even served some chips with it.

Really lovely and friendly service from Georgia - she was absolutely lovely and on top of the food being awesome, her smile and service just made the whole experience really nice. Full credit to her and the chef, my Caesars Salad was just sublime.

The nice little 15 second walk to the beach too was lovely. Probably the best bit of beach for a little whilst around there.

Top marks and would easily go...

Είχαμε έρθει την Κυριακή. Φάγαμε, ήπιαμε. Όλα καλά. Ήρθαμε πάλι τη Δευτέρα και θέλανε 10 € για τις ξαπλώστρες. Ενώ την Κυριακή, που είχε πολύ πιο πολύ κόσμο, δε μας χρέωσαν τίποτα. Τάχα ο μικρός που δούλευε δεν το ήξερε. Η αλήθεια είναι ότι κοροϊδεύουν τους τουρίστες. Πληρώνουν μόνο οι τουρίστες. Μας περνάνε για χαζούς και νομίζουν ότι δεν το καταλαβαίνουμε. Το μαγαζί δίπλα δε χρεώνει για τις ξαπλώστρες τίποτα.

Wir waren am Sonntag da. Haben gegessen und getrunken. Alles super. Wir sind am Montag wieder gekommen und plötzlich wollten sie 10 € für die Liegen haben. Hingegen am Sonntag, haben sie nichts dafür verlangt, obwohl viel mehr los war. Angeblich wusste der junge Kellner das nicht, was natürlich nicht stimmt. Der Chef war ja da. Die Wahrheit ist, dass die Touristen verarscht werden. Und sie denken, dass man das nicht merkt. Im Laden nebenan kosten die...
