Blossom Owl Concept Shops — Restaurant in Municipality of Kalamata

Firstly, the atmosphere is rather nice, but the 3 store set up is confusing.

Secondly, As a previous restaurant supervisor, I can surely tell you that the service is terrible. The food is okayish, but it came before our drinks. There are several points I'd like to share from my observation alone.

1. a couple of the male staff seem to flirt with customers, this is obviously very unprofessional and this can lead to mistakes with orders, and obviously wastes service time.

2. my girlfriend asked a few questions about different types of croissants, which is fine as they only have plain. The issue is watching two of the staff obviously laughing and mocking about our questions.

3. I think that the only available manager was behind one of the counters, not doing much apart from wiping glasses, no clear leadership or instructions to improve staff service.

4. we didn't get toast or 4 croissant and we got a small Americano instead of the large that we ordered, so we sent that one back. They later tried to charge us for that coffee, but the mother of my girlfriend (she's greek) gave the look of "excuse me" to the waiter, to which he then said "ok I'll take it off".

So yeah, really disappointed with this place. I wouldn't come here and beware...

Stopped in for a late breakfast on a Sunday morning. Originally impressed by the kitch vibe, I was less than impressed with the service on the outset. If I had to guess regular staff was late and we got the 'fill-in'. After answering my menu question erroneously, the server proceeded by getting my coffee order wrong. All was forgiven when the plates arrived however. Great care is given to presentation, quality, taste and food combinations. The server was switched out to a very knowledgeable and savvy server. So kudos 😀 after all. I will definitely revisit but this time for some of what looked like the most heavenly of desserts - Itching to grant...
