Kouzina By The Sea — Restaurant in Municipality of Kalymnos

Been in Kalymnos 2 nights and have eaten here boat nights. First night the hot garlic chicken and veggie spring ( which were great :) Nice to have a variation from trad Greek dish , but went with there Mousaka tonight which was fantastic. Manrola ( Manuel ) a super affable m friendly guy helps coming back to. With Kouzina being a short walk from our hotel Nefeli ( which we love ) , great food at a fair price and appreciative family atmosphere may be hard not visit another night or two 😋. Forgot to mention a beautiful sunset view on the water . Oh and some nice fresh ripe watermelon slices .

Super wonderful restaurant! We tried several restaurants in the Myrties/Missouri area, and this was one of the few who don't overcook their meat/fish, instead it has a perfect consistency and taste. We would specifically recommend the traditional starter dish "cheese kataifi" which is feta cheese with crusty noodles and honey. Super yummy. Also the fisherman's plate is an excellent value and incredibly delicious! An amazing restaurant with a view to die for especially if you come for dinner and watch the sunset on the balcony. The owner and chef Manoly, is a wonderful character who we all said looks like Zorba the Greek, Anthony Quinn. He cooks and sings as he prepares anything you want. We all had the traditional Kalymnian salad Mermizeli, fila or stuffed grape vine leaves as everyone knows them and plenty of other dishes as we dinned there again.
