Having read that this is one of the best new restaurants in Kos located inside Theros All Suite Hotel open not just for its guests , we came with extremely high expectations. We chose to make our reservations on the day that an Italian night is hosted at Mazimas restaurant. And what a great decision it was! On arrival we were welcomed very friendly. What truly adds in the overall experience of dinning in the restaurant is when one sits and absorbs the magic of the golden hour by the amazing hotel pool. We had the prosciutto salad and the truffle pizza as starters along with the always exceptional focaccia, all delicious. I am by no means a stranger to the Mediterranean cuisine, so Mazima's unique flavours are what ultimately won me over. I would definitely recommend going there for something unique and urge Mazima goers to do the same.
