The Traditional House is run by the Giannou family, with help from Zacharias their wonderful chef. Savvas Giannou is a farmer and provides the meat and produce for the taverna, daily arriving with arms full of his fresh harvest. His wife and daughters will make you feel very welcome, and they are very helpful if you need anything or information. Zacharias makes specials each day and you will be invited to the kitchen to have a look, you probably won't buy from the menu once you see what he has created. (He wont mind if you do though) The portions are very good so you will not leave hungry The taverna is the last taverna facing the beach as you walk from the port, with it's distinctive sturdy umbrellas planted in the sand. You have a beautiful view of Kalymnos Island and the sunsets are...

The home baked bread was amazing too, served with local Olive paste, Olive Oil and Balsamic vinegar... Amazing on every level. Would recommend this to everyone. Finally, the beach front location affords great views of the sunset each...
