Cactus Cafe Bar — Restaurant in Municipality of Milos

We went for sunset drinks. The views were great with fun music. Our waitress was rude and seemed drunk - she made a comment about how she could tell I was American. Then she tried to backtrack saying it’s because I was smiling... I understand Americans don’t have the best reputation abroad, but I didn’t appreciate the remark when we were being friendly and polite.

There were 4 other people in the bar yet it still took 20+ min to get our drinks. When we asked for the check the waitress was pushy about how we should stay. Wish I checked out The Deck next door instead.

UPDATE: We didn't mind the wait for the drinks. The comment about how she could tell I was American just made me feel judged and unwelcome. There were other Americans at the bar that were loudly facetiming and screaming, which I found annoying. Perhaps the comment was just misguided to the...

Cactus Cafe Bar is located in the picturesque little village of Pollonia on Millos. It is a great spot to sit back and relax over a cold drink, coffee or cocktail. It provides a wonderful view of beach and its surrounds. The charming Mirena will take good care of you and provide tips on what to see and do in Pollonia. You can also get some light meals and according to my wife on of the best Tommy’s Margaritas in the Cyclades. Great hospitality by lady after an insane long walk from Admantas.

Sitauted right next to the public bus stop, this cafe caught my eye among the closed shops. Wondeful clean modern furniture and decoration (white, black and teal theme).Soft music playing in the background.

Ham and cheese toast was wonderful crispy done with a nice yellow and brown color on the outside. Ice mocha fredicino was a burst of aroma and flavours with an extra shot of expresso.
