The best sushi bar on the island — a true gem at the Myconian Imperial! Sishu Sushi Bar is pure magic. We’ve been to other sushi spots on Mykonos — including Buddha-Bar and Zuma — but this place easily tops them all. The food was incredibly fresh, beautifully presented, and absolutely delicious. Every detail was thought out with care and style.
What really stood out to us was the service. Here, you’re treated like a truly welcome guest, not just a table to be turned over quickly. There were no annoying 1.5-hour time limits like in other places. We could relax, enjoy, and take in the moment — exactly how a great dinner should feel.
The atmosphere is beautiful, especially on the terrace. The staff was friendly, attentive, and professional. And the prices? Surprisingly affordable — especially for such high quality. From sashimi to cocktails, everything was priced more than fairly. Much better value than Buddha-Bar or Zuma, hands down.
We absolutely loved everything and will be coming back again and again. This is not just a restaurant — it’s...
Read moreFrom the moment I stepped into the Myconian Imperial, I was blown away by its elegance and hospitality—but the real hidden gem is their sushi restaurant. The setting is breathtaking, with a perfect balance of modern luxury and island charm, overlooking the Aegean Sea.
The sushi itself is world-class. Every piece was fresh, artfully presented, and bursting with flavor. You can taste the quality of the fish, and the creativity of the chef really shines through in both traditional favorites and unique specialty rolls. Pair that with an incredible wine and cocktail list, and you’ve got an unforgettable dining experience.
The service was impeccable—warm, attentive, and knowledgeable without being overbearing. From the moment we sat down, we felt taken care of in every detail.
If you’re staying at the Myconian Imperial, the sushi restaurant is an absolute must. Honestly, it rivals top sushi spots I’ve been to around the world, and combined with the stunning location, it’s an experience I’ll never...
Read moreExtremely blah. Prices are insanely high - €50 for a 16 piece set, €32 for udon noodles. Service non existent, staff appear demotivated and I had to top up my water myself twice. This adds to the lack of ambiance which although it’s a hotel restaurant, could easily create more of a buzz given it’s niche cuisine on the island. Greasy menus and staff not wearing masks at all/properly.
I was staying at a sister hotel in the Myconian Collection who actually made the reservation for me. I was told that I was able to use the facilities of all the hotels in the collection and charge to my room tan. However when it came to the bill here, the waiter presented the chip and pin machine and asked me to pay in the moment as “it’s a different company”. Yet when I pushed back and insisted on charging to my room he accepted. Very strange and unpleasant.
I would say if you must pay for sushi in Mykonos, your best bet is Zuma...
