Opsianos — Restaurant in Municipality of Naxos and the Lesser Cyclades

Pass your way and go to sofia’s. We ordered on the BREAKFAST LIST (omelette) and ask to the waitress if it was a full breakfast coming with orange juice and tea. She said yes. But everything (coffe orange juice) was charged on extra on the bill ! The horrible young owner did not want to understand that when a menue says breakfast that means full meal and beverage. And that everywhere worldwide even in the other restaurants on the island. She didn’t make any apologies for the mistake of the waitress who was supposedly new! Very expensive place. Brunch at Opsianos. I have to say, the place itself was quite nice, very chill out atmosphere, the prices pretty reasonable, both for food and the drinks. Nevertheless, the omelette we opted for was nothing to brag about, mediocre at it’s best. The biggest let down is the service. One waitress will grab your plate while you’re still finishing it, the other waitress will give you a psycho ambience, with a super slow motion movements clearing the table without the basic manners nor politeness. Didn’t even get to order. We sat down at a table still covered with the remnants of the previous customer, as many were. The server ignored us and slowly cleared other tables that had no new customers sitting down at them, took an order from another customer, and went back to the other dirty, but unoccupied tables. We asked if she would clear ours, and her response was to turn her back to us and start dancing and chatting with some other customers while slowly clearing another table (still unoccupied).
