Stelida Restaurant — Restaurant in Municipality of Naxos and the Lesser Cyclades

First night in Naxos and stumbled on this restaurant as we were staying just around the corner. What a stroke of luck as from the moment we arrived we’re made to feel almost like distant relatives coming to stay 😇

The views of the sea towards Paros as the sun was setting were sublime as was the food and the service.

We were only looking for a light dinner but the food was so good we didn’t leave a thing. The Kavos Salad was so good we asked for the recipe to take home. We also had the sous-vide Chicken which was great followed by the house made baklava 😳 - unreal.

It is an amazing, small, family run restaurant with delicious food. Every day they offer new special dishes. Everyone will find sth for themselves as they offer plenty of vegetarian and vegan options as well as amazing fresh fish and seafood and top class meats. It is the best food you will find in Naxos and tbh it was the best food on our trip to Greece. The staff is lovely, very attentive and happy to cater to your allergies and needs. So we are staying near here and saw the positive reviews and decided to drive over. Don’t waste your time. They don’t serve people who aren’t staying at the hotel and they are going to be rude about it. We showed up at about 10:50 for breakfast and the woman nicely sat us. She came back a few minutes later and said there was no more breakfast but she would see what she could do. She didn’t come back. She spoke to a guy and then went back behind the bar.
