Lianos Village is a hidden gem in Agios Prokopios, perfectly perched on a gentle hill with stunning sea views, yet just a short walk from the beach.||The property is newly renovated and beautifully integrated into the natural and architectural setting of the island. It’s located in a peaceful, elegant and private area — far from the crowds, yet close to everything.||The hotel offers rooms of various types, all new and tastefully furnished, each with either a patio, balcony, or spacious terrace equipped with a table and sun loungers. Some even have private jacuzzis. All rooms have a pleasant view of the lush gardens (the flowers are amazing!) or the sea.|Not a single room is in a “bad” position — everything is designed to provide privacy, comfort, and beauty.||In-room welcome includes a bottle of wine, complete courtesy kits, a working hairdryer, and a practical, spacious drying rack — thoughtful details that make a difference.||And the breakfast? Simply fantastic: fresh, homemade, genuine products, served with a breathtaking view over the bay. The perfect way to start the day!||⸻||💙 The real added value? The people.||This is a truly outstanding family-run hotel, with a team that is attentive, warm, and genuinely present. The entire staff was impeccable — always kind, helpful, professional, smiling, and ready to meet any need with ease and passion.||We stayed as a family — my husband, our 5-year-old son, and I — and we had a wonderful time. Everyone was incredibly kind and attentive to our child, who, when we left, said: “I really want to come back to this beautiful place!”|The hotel is ideal for couples seeking peace and relaxation, but also perfect for families who appreciate a quiet, tasteful environment.||What’s truly striking is how such a close-knit, loving family manages to run everything so seamlessly. Communication among them is fluid and natural, every bit of information is shared clearly, and supervision is constant — always present, but never intrusive.||The result? Everything flows smoothly, simply, and with care. As a guest, everything feels effortless — yet it’s clear that behind the scenes there’s a solid, authentic, and attentive presence making it all work.||⸻||🛵 Services that make a difference||Kudos also for their full-service approach: they help with car and scooter rentals, give excellent local recommendations, book great restaurants, and even offer a fast and efficient laundry service.||An especially appreciated perk? They offer free transfer to and from the port — a rare and thoughtful service that makes arrival and departure much more relaxed and easy.||⸻||🏖️ Ideal location & beautiful beaches||Agios Prokopios beach, just a short walk from the hotel, is absolutely stunning: fine pebbles, crystal-clear water with extraordinary colors.|The section of the beach closest to the hotel is quiet and spacious, with a mix of free areas and equipped sections.||A 5-minute walk along the beach takes you to the more “central” part of the bay, with more bars and beach clubs — but also more crowds.|That’s why the hotel’s location is ideal for anyone seeking beauty and peace, without sacrificing convenience.||Plaka Beach is also a must-visit: long, sandy, and just a 5-minute drive away. Partly organized, partly free, with beach bars and restaurants to suit all tastes right on the water.||Naxos Town is about 10 minutes away by car. We recommend taking a taxi, especially in high season, to avoid parking hassles.||⸻||⚠️ Important note about online photos||Make sure to check only the photos from 2021 onwards.|The hotel has undergone a major renovation (rooms, pool, common areas), and older images do not reflect the current reality. Those show a completely outdated style, no longer representative of the wonderful experience today.||⸻||Every day felt like a treat.|A stay filled with authenticity, care, and beauty.||➡️ We’ll...

Stop searching and book this resort. The best on Naxos. As other reviewers have stated, the resort is stylish and modern with a strong cyclades design throughout. If you want a resort in the heart of Naxos town this is obviously not the place for you but if you want a peaceful setting with a beautiful backdrop with beautiful sunsets this resort is perfection. ||Breakfast is the most authentic breakfast experience I have had in Europe, handmade by the family. Their is a limited menu which is perfect for poolside lunches or a lite dinner. Rooms are comfortable with large showers, good quality fixtures and English, Italian, French and German tv channels.||The word that comes to mind with this family run resort is generous, from the variety of offerings at breakfast to the quantity of poolside lounges (their are no fights over lounges at this resort) more than enough chairs for the quantity of guests. Lounges are excellent quality, very comfortable where one can lie for several hours. This generosity extends to the rooms where they have gone to such an effort for their guests to put a small cloths line on every balcony to dry bathers etc. The attention to detail is second to none, surrounding the outside dining area their are straw curtains that the staff pull down to block the morning sun. Once items from the breakfast are empty they are replaced within seconds. Beautiful colourful gardens surround the pool and rooms. This is probably the most beautiful resort I have stayed. ||Thank you to the hotel manager for arranging a doctors appointment for me. I was seen by a specialist within a few hours. Thank you also for arranging a hire car to be delivered to and picked up from the resort. If you are wanting to explore the island a car will be necessary regardless of weather you stay in Naxos town or here. The main difference would be the lack of stress parking at this resort compared to the pain endlessly searching for a parking spot in Naxos. ||My suggestions for restaurants; Avali (Agias Annas) a 5 minute walk or Doukato (Naxos)....

This family run resort has the friendliest, most helpful staff we have ever encountered anywhere.

The resort itself was really clean and tidy. The pool was great and the poolside loungers were very comfortable. The pool bar and menu was very good also.

The rooms were clean really lovely, and there was even a welcome bottle of wine in the fridge upon our arrival. Breakfast was very good, with a great range-savoury dishes, as well as homemade cakes and pastries etc.

Location wise, it’s about a 10 minute walk to where Agios Prokopios beach begins. Here there are sun beds and little else in this part, which is perfect for a peaceful afternoon swimming and sunbathing. If you want the busier part of the beach that has the bars and restaurants you’ll need to walk another few minutes.

The area itself is great. I would recommend a leisurely walk along Prokopios Beach through Agia Anna and on to Plaka Beach. It’ll take about 45 minutes but there are plenty of places to grab a cold drink or some lunch en-route, including the brilliant Art Cafe, which is part of the Naxos Arts Festival throughout August.

In summary; a great resort in a great part of Naxos. We thoroughly recommend...

Above and beyond our expectations!! Well done Lianos and huge thanks to all the staff for your kindness and the care you have. My boyfriend and I booked the old-standard-room garden view, It’s super comfortable and quiet and extremely cleaned. There’s a super care on every single detail, the entire building facility seems brand new, in fact, we’ve asked to the hotel manager if they had refurbished recently: he said every year before the opening they use to close for a couple of months to refresh everything - including the extraordinary greenery. The Position is great, the breakfast/food is great and they have the most kind and welcoming staff I ever seen. In short we booked this 3 stars hotel but they actually deserve 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. Suggestion: ask the reception team to book a transfer from/to the Naxos port - Taxi service in Naxos is a quite messy. Grazie and miss you Lianos!!!

We loved our stay at Lianos Village! From start to finish the staff were so welcoming and friendly, they made our stay so comfortable. The rooms were immaculate, always spotlessly clean and generous in size. The views are amazing too. The hotel is located in the perfect place for us, up on the hill in a peaceful, quiet spot, with only a 5 min walk to the beach, and 15 to the local town. Breakfast had great fresh options everyday, and they catered brilliantly for us being gluten free. They also provided options for us in the restaurant on the evening. They understood cross continmation and celiac disease. The pool and bar was relaxing and lovely environment. Going towards the end of the season it was naturally more quiet but still a calming and lovely ambience. Thanks again to the team, we'd love to come back!

Such a beautiful, relaxing resort on a beautiful island. The pool and loungers were never busy and could always find a shaded spot to escape direct sun if needed. Rooms were lovely, spacious and clean with a fridge to keep cold drinks in. The reception and bar staff were all so welcoming and helpful - getting us great deals on car hire (30€/day) and recommending and booking some amazing restaurants around the island. Highly recommend Rotunda for a sunset dinner. It’s a short 5 minute walk down to the beach at Agios Prokopios and a 10 minute drive to Chora (Naxos town). Visited various lovely beaches along south - Hawaii beach (25 mins drive) my personal favourite although no facilities and a little scramble down to the beach
