TZET — Restaurant in Municipality of Naxos and the Lesser Cyclades

EAT HERE!! We’re half way through our Greek Island tour and this has been our favourite restaurant so far … we still talk about the food from here!! We ate here our last night in Koufonisia.

For an appetizer, we got the Bruschetta Gorgonzola, Pear, Truffle Oil and OMG!!! This was AMAZING!!! You have to try this! We also got the Spicy Crab Limoncello, which was insanely good!! (my mouth is watering thinking about these right now). Also, the Charcoal Shrimps, YUM!

For our main we got the Tokyo-Style Marinara with Anchovies Pizza and it was divine. It was our first time having a pizza with anchovies on it and it did not disappoint!! (It does not have cheese on it, just FYI).

They brought us a complimentary chocolate dessert after as well - the Tzet Tiramisu. Soo rich, and soo tasty!! We could barely finish it though because we were beyond stuffed.

We were there quite early in the evening for dinner (early for Greece time at least - 8:20pm), and were one of probably 3 other tables at the time, so our food came out super quick! We should’ve ordered our food at different times instead of all at once, because it came out one after the other, but regardless - it was fabulous.

Amazing cocktails, wine, views and awesome decor! Lovely, super attentive staff as well! They all were soo nice. This place is a VIBE!!

Go here if you can … we met another couple yesterday on Paros, and told them they have to come here during their upcoming stay...

So this place was originally really amazing. Went with one friend group (14ish) and they did an amazing job. Family style food. Great cocktails and wine. We mentioned we were all on the island for my wedding. They asked us if we’d like to come back again and what we were doing for the reception. We said we would potentially come back with the other group of friends. We did end up going the day after the wedding. It was going well, everyone ended up spending €60-90 each. They gave us complimentary shots on the restaurant but we checked the bill after we got home, we realized they charged us €90 for the shots that they said was on them… (€5 per shot x18) but there was only 14 of us…

That really changed our perception of the restaurant, which is very unfortunate because we loved the place. And we were basically the only people there both times we went, bar 1-2 couples both times…

Take that in mind when deciding if...

A 5** experience to remember ! So we went there for breakfast the day before departing to Iraklia ! We ordered the sunny side up and poached eggs both were super tasty and the quality was excellent ! The next day before catching the boat to Iraklia we wanted to grab the chicken sandwich to go (we saw the sandwich on the table next to us and it looked too good to miss out on it).As always we were late for the boat and we went to order the sandwich with a risk! 4’ before the boat departure we gave up as it still wasn’t readt and left towards the boat without the sandwich ! 2’ later we saw one of the waiters running down the hill with full speed to give us the sandwich! Now I call this service...
