Visited here 3 times in 2019 and twice this visit. Home cooked traditional food at its best our party of 10 were greeted like old friends and although from sitting down to being served took 60 minutes it is always worth it for freshly prepared food. My favourite is the mixed seafood platter which is a beast of a meal but all freshly cooked and served with a smile. Fantastic food service and traditional atmosphere. If you want to taste true of Greece here is a great place to start

Do not go here if you do not want to wait for your order 1.5 h! We have been here 2 times and both for our food we were waiting more then 1 h (other customers the same). Waitress seems does not like his work or just does not how to work: always moving from bar to tables, but not paying attention to customers, not cleaning tables and ect. Food was good, but there is point to wait as long as it was, while other places suggesting similar food with similar prices.

Un esperienza pessima!!! Darei meno di una stella se si potesse!!! Arriviamo e chiediamo dove possiamo sederci siamo due adulti e un bebè con il carrozzino. Ci fanno accomodare fuori nello spazio aperto accanto proprio per non ingombrare la sala e fin qui tutto ok. Ma mi fanno alzare più volte dal mio posto perché il passeggino ostacolava l’ingresso del loro parcheggio privato, allora mi domando se da fastidio il passeggino perché farci sedere li?? Ma vabbè lasciamo perdere. Ordiniamo una carbonara e chiedo spiegazioni sul piatto spaghetti napolitana ( che già l’italiano è errato, ma dettagli) e il signore spazientito mi guarda e mi risponde “tomato” senza aggiungere altro, alla fine ordino quello. Dopo quaranta minuti circa si presentano con questi due scempi (guarda foto). La mia incredulità sta che se non sapete cucinare piatti italiani ma perché li proponete?? E poi stiamo nel 2023 le ricette dei piatti sono accessibili in ogni luogo è incredibile che in una carbonara abbiamo trovato la panna e anche i funghi!!! E negli spaghetti napolitana la pasta era scotta senza sale e sepolta da cipolle insomma un piatto immangiabile. Vedendo che gli spaghetti erano rimasti intatti chiedono “don’t like??” E rispondo con un secco no. Mi dispiace ma concentratevi sulle specialità greche e non vi cimentate in altro perché non è arte vostra.

Came here for an evening meal with the family as it seemed like a nice little local, and we were not disappointed. The two staff members were amazing in greeting us. We ordered varying things on the menu, and all were resplendent. My brother has to be one of the pickiest eaters on the planet. He was blown away by how delicious the spaghetti bolognese was. Much to our mothers dismay, he stated it was the best he'd ever had. My parents shared the mixed grill, which was quickly cleared by both. I went all out and treated myself to a T-bone steak, which was the size of the actual plate along with a healthy serving of chips and salad. Suffice to say it didn't last long. Booked a table. Arrived late but they saved it for us. Credit. Had chicken souvlaki and fish platter, gin tonic and half litre of wine. Drinks came quickly but food took an hour cos they lost the order. They did bring free drinks out while we waited. Food was delicious and portions very generous. Bill was 33euro, about £28. Can't understand how they can do it at that price. So given the delay why give 5 stars? Cos of their great value, great food and once they realised their mistake, they rectified it. Best value in Sidari. Despite the delay they got a tip to make up the value of the free drinks. We returned a few days later - service was quicker this time, and all the other aspects...
