This place has pros and cons. Prons are 1) the good size rooms 2) the fact that it was warm (it was winter), 3) they also have reasonable soundproofing from noise received from outside-esp. the back rooms 4) Breakfast is generous for a 2-star hotel, breakfast is served between 7pm and 10pm. 5) They have a kettle and complimentary coffee and tea but for a reason no milk ... They said it had finished but I stayed there for 3 weeks and although they bought eventually for breakfast they never put it your room Cons are 1) there is no soundproofing between the rooms, so you hear everything that goes on next door 2) the people that run the hotel. Although the person who does the digital marketing is a real gentleman, he does not really run the hotel. The people who actually run the hotel are the owner's family and some immigrants, who are arrogant, extremely argumentative, with zero politeness and social skills. They never smile and if you mention something is broken at the room they will fix it but at the same time they will take it as personal insult . The owner most of the times will sit behind a glass with a big 'do not disturb me' attitude, even if nobody is at the front desk . And very often you will find the family smoking at the smoking room and leaving the reception empty 3) The place has a rule that says no delivery from outside regarding coffees and beverages- you can only order from them- their prices are higher than those you can order from the delivery-that they usually make good deals. However you can order things from outside that they don't have like fresh orange juice or food. This is a very strict rule and the owner said that if the delivery guy comes again he will destroy their motorcycle and according to the delivery person he said bad things to him about Virgin Mary and Jesus Christ!!! 4) They have a lounge but according to the owner , this is the smoking area, which smells really bad as there is no ventilation - so if you are not a smoker there is no other place to go except your room- I assume for smokers this is in pros 5) Fridge in the rooms is noisy 6) They seem to have a problem with night owls. I used to wake up late and they were always commenting on it- when I ordered delivery food delivery ( they allow food delivery as they don't serve food) at 3am they commented that they live during the day and they told off both the delivery person and me. 7) There is no ' do not disturb' sign, which means cleaners they will knock your door to clean around from 11am. ( I had to go around a make a handmade polite note to avoid this.) 8) Doors are swishing 9) First night that I arrived my bedsheets although clean they had a hole from cigarette - I even never mentioned it to them 10) Cleaners clean your coffee mugs and your spoons at the toilet sink, instead of bringing new ones and clean the dirty ones at a kitchenne - not a nice image to see 12 ) Location: It is close to some hospitals and to Stavros Niarhos Foundation, but to nothing touristic, or a place to enjoy a nice walk around, the marina which is nice for a walk is 30 mins away through high roads or underground passing 13) The big balconies with the tables belong to the front rooms, that according to the owner receive higher noise from the road , the back rooms they have either no balconies or small balconies without even a small table 14)Eventually they throw me out of the hotel 7 days before my scheduled check out, as after changing my room- in my attempt to go away from workers living in the adjacent room who were drinking and discussing loudly, I dared to mention at 8pm that the heating was not properly working in my new room. This didn't make sense to me but maybe it was that they had agreed to a small discount per day- since I was staying there for an extended period (3weeks)- and when their hotel got full they wanted the room back to charge more...

I really wanted to love this hotel. It's definitely a 2 star hotel, and honestly they're trying to do the best they can with what they have. Pros good location for price. I needed one night before a sailing trip and this was a good compromise between my departure point and the sights of Athens. generous check in/out times. Both check in and check out is midday. And my room was ready when I arrived at 9am (planning to leave my bags) and they generously let me go straight in. bus stops nearby. You just need to have prepurchased your ticket! Also the x96 bus from the airport will drop you very close for 5.5 euro. if you stay here, make sure you go across the road to see the cultural centre with the most amazing "green roof"! it's clean very comprehensive breakfast that includes cooked eggs, bacon etc as well as continental and traditional Greek foods (spinach pies are so good). I can't vouch for the coffee but I think you can get espresso for extra € -24hr front desk with helpful staff who speak very good English. effective air conditioning in the room elevator access good Wi-Fi

Cons it is old. Very run down. shower bracket was broken, which I reported, but it couldn't be fixed during my stay obviously. the shower temperature is affected easily? During one shower it went hot/cold /hot etc, but not every shower they provided a kettle in the room, but I don't know why. There was no tea etc or even any mugs. the beds were HARD. All my bony prominences hurt. The pillows were also quite hard. hotels.com advertised a rooftop terrace?? You can certainly access the roof, going past a collection of junk and broken things along with stored toilet paper, however it is certainly not intended for guests I'm sure. Which is a huge pity. It has great potential, but like so many places in Greece the economy has not been kind, and as I said, they seem to be doing the best they cash with what they have. I noted on my floor, one of the rooms appeared to be in the middle of refurbishment, so perhaps they are slowly getting around to each room. All in all its a good...

I stayed in this hotel in September in order to attend some seminars which the company that I work for, was performing near by. I stayed for 11 nights so I can defiantly say that this hotel is not suited for someone who is searching for calm vacations, or tourism since is far from the town's center. It is though easily accessable with any public transportation.|Starting from the basics, the hotel is very clean and tidy. Housekeepers enter the room everyday, providing fresh towels and pillows. The bathroom is very clean and it has hot water at any hour of the day. Be cautious thought cause if you are using hot water and someone else flash the toilet from a different floor or room you might get burned or frozen.|The beds are comfortable enough and I did not have any negative comments. When it comes on sleeping thought the room has no soundproof at all. You can literally hear the guy at the room next to you having shower or taking to the phone as if it is inside your room. |In the peripherals now, the mini bar was empty having only 2 glass inside that you can use for water. The room also comes with 2 mugs and a boiler that you can use to make hot coffee or tea which you can get it from the lobby for free. In my room though the mugs had stains from coffee from another user and the boiler had water inside and it was not clean either. The TV was not working properly.|the hotel only serves breakfast witch is acceptable. I wouldn't recommend it for more than 2...

Very nice hotel, with friendly and helpful staff. Although it is rated only at two stars, the hotel is clean, the bedrooms very practical, and the breakfast offers good value for the money. Good quality free wifi in the bedrooms and tea/coffee facilities are a plus. Don't hesitate to stay there if you're looking for a reasonably priced quality accommodation in this area.

Decent hotel close to the Riviera of Athens and Piraeus with emphasis on cleanliness, rich breakfast from buffet and service to guests leisure @ business @ medical @ m.i.c.e (meeting, incentives, conferences, events) with specific information and assistance that is difficult to find in another hotel.
