I had the chance to eat at Pepper-Kitchen bar, an amazing restaurant in Patra, Greece, and I’ve got to say, the whole experience was incredible. The food was on another level—every dish was fresh, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. The team there was super kind and welcoming, which made the entire night feel even better. If you are ever in Patra, try to visit Pepper-Kitchen Bar. I highly recommend it!

Hidden gem near the center of the city. The quality to price ratio is excellent. The menu provides a wide range of options and the stuff is smiley and kind that adds to the pleasant atmosphere. Best fries and tomahawk ever! Food quality is just as good or even better than the other restaurants at the center. Totally recommend and we will definitely revisit it ourselves!!!!

Η επίσκεψη μας στο εστιατόριο έγινε με βάση τις κριτικές. Δυστυχώς όμως δεν ήταν θετική η εμπειρία μας. Αρχικά ήμασταν παρέα και σε ένα από τα πιάτα βρέθηκε τρίχα, ψάχνοντας κάποιον να το πω γιατί δεν υπήρχε κάνεις στην υποδοχή, η πόρτα της κουζίνας ήταν ανοιχτή και είδα πως το προσωπικό μέσα δεν φορούσε ούτε γάντια ούτε ειδικό σκουφάκι για τα μαλλιά, οπότε σίγουρα δεν ήταν ένα σπάνιο ατυχές γεγονός. Περιττό να πω πως το άτομο στο οποίο βρέθηκε η τρίχα έμεινε πεινασμένο. Γευστικά το φαγητό ήταν ιδιαίτερα άνοστο και απογοητευτικό, ενώ στην όψη ήταν πολύ όμορφο οπότε περιμέναμε περισσότερα. Σ αυτό το σημείο να πω πως το προσωπικό απολογήθηκε για το συμβάν και μας έφεραν κέρασμα και το ποσό του πιάτου αφαιρέθηκε απο το λογαριασμό μας, μια εξαιρετικά επαγγελματική αντιμετώπιση. Επίσης αν και έβρισκες δύσκολα τον σερβιτόρο, ήταν πολύ ευγενικός και φιλικός ! Η μουσική που έπαιζε ήταν 5/5! Ίσως ήταν μια κακή μέρα για το εστιατόριο!

Η επίσκεψη μας στο εστιατόριο έγινε με βάση τις κριτικές. Δυστυχώς όμως δεν ήταν θετική η εμπειρία μας. I’m sure this is a good place based on other reviews, but they don’t have a website and there’s no info on Google to indicate that they’re closed during summer months. We went there based on Google saying it was open until midnight only to find them closed; checked further and found their Facebook page indicates they’ve closed for the whole summer - which, in itself, is a bad decision from a customer’s...
