Caffe Sapore — Restaurant in Municipality of Paxos

If you happened upon this restaurant thinking that the picturesque ocean view and shady seating would make for a good meal, you would be fooled. While the aforementioned atmosphere and service is fine, dare I say good, the food is absolutely hideous. The dishes are served as they finish so if you are dining with company expect to finish your meal before they even get their food.

My disappointment is unmeasurable and my day is ruined. The food advertised on the menu doesn’t at all match what is being is served. Both the margarita and the chicken with rice taste of school food- the kind of school food one desperately avoids. It is also noteworthy that one’s high expectations are an outcome of the very high prices.

1 guy was so arrogant and rude, not sure if he was the owner..We ordered club sandwich with chips..Thinking it's hot chips..well we waited and waited for it to come and we got 1 toasted sandwich cut in 4 with a whole bag of potato chips 😆 no hot chips 😆 we paid 8 or 9€ not sure as we got other things in drib & draws.. We went elsewhere for coffee and drinks and got better service..as for the comments & reviews that have given them 5 stars, obviously have lower standards of what food & services should be Everyone else...

English and French below: It is illegal for a business to tell a consumer how to pay and have the audacity to ask the customer if they are okay with it. The customer should be informed of a POS failure while seated before even placing their order. Also, at least a receipt should be cut and not asking for 8 euros for half a sandwich and a freno. As you understood, 8 euros went into his pocket normally. Stay away if you don't want to be fooled!!

Il est illégal pour une entreprise de dire à un consommateur comment payer et d'avoir l'audace de demander au client s'il est d'accord avec cela. Le client doit être informé d’une panne de POS alors qu’il est assis avant même de passer sa commande. De plus, il faut au moins couper un reçu et ne pas demander 8 euros pour un demi-sandwich et un freddo. Comme vous l'avez compris, 8 euros entraient normalement dans sa poche. Reste à l'écart si tu ne veux pas...
