Το Καλαμάκι Της Τρούμπας — Restaurant in Municipality of Piraeus

I came to this restaurant based on a recommendation, late, around 7:30 PM and except the owner and the cook, nobody was there, so we can't talk about atmosphere. Maybe daytime is more annimated. I was looking for Romanian food, "Mici," which is very popular home. This type of food is prepared best on charcoal grill and here the grill is electric and you can feel the texture of meat being cooked as such, that's why only 4 stars. The rest...all good and owner being Greek and speaking...

We arrived to our hotel rather late (10pm) and found this restaurant literally 30s walk away.

It was amazing! We love Soulvaki and this was great.

€20 all in for 2x pork skewer plates (4 skewers with salad, tzatziki, fries, pita) and 500ml of white wine.

The portions are large and the owner was very helpful in explaining things and moving a table outside for us :)

Will definitely eat here again if we're...

Fantastic place that is open until 04:00 in the morning. Went here while waiting for an early morning ferry. The food was great and you can sit in peace nearby the harbour. The owners are very kind people who will take a good care of you. Highly recommended if you need to spend some time...
